If something doesn’t feel quite right, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Returns
• Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original packaging.
• Sale items are final sale.
• Custom or personalized pieces are final sale.
To begin a return, please email us at nuvell.jewelry@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Refunds
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for processing.
