How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is $8, free on orders of $70 or more. Express shipping is $15. Rates are calculated at checkout.
When will my order ship?

Standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Express orders placed before 5pm PT ship the same business day. Every piece is packed by the person who made it.
When will it arrive?

Once shipped, Standard typically arrives in 2–5 business days and Express in 1–3 — carrier estimates, not guarantees. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment it ships.
Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States only. If you're outside the US, email us at nuvell.jewelry@gmail.com and we'll tell you honestly whether we can work something out.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?

Request a return within 14 days of delivery, and ship it back within 7 days of approval. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Email nuvell.jewelry@gmail.com with your order number to start one.
Can I exchange a piece instead?

Every piece is one of a kind, so we can't offer exchanges — there's rarely a second one to send. Return yours for a refund and order the piece you'd prefer instead.
Are pierced earrings returnable?

For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 5–7 business days to process. Your bank may take a further 5–10 business days to post the credit. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
What if my piece arrives damaged or wrong?

Email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We'll make it right at no cost to you — this applies to every piece, including pierced earrings.

Are your pieces really one of a kind?

Yes!
Are any stones treated or enhanced?

Most stones are natural. Where a stone is dyed or color-enhanced, we say so plainly in that piece's description — nothing is hidden. If you're ever unsure about a specific piece, email us and we'll tell you exactly what's in it.
What length are your necklaces?

Every necklace description states its length, and adjustable-cord pieces give a size range. If you don't see what you need, email us and we'll measure it for you.
How should I care for my jewelry?

Avoid water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. Store pieces in a dry place, and remove them before swimming or exercising. Each gemstone is natural and naturally delicate.
