A flat oval of deep blue lapis lazuli, streaked with pale grey, above a smooth brown turquoise pebble and a nugget of crackled quartz — fractured inside, polished outside. The cord is braided by hand from vintage sari silk in teal, mustard and plum, so the colour does as much work as the stones. About 22 inches, plus the pendant drop.
